Do we need to get on a call?
No. Everything runs through the questionnaire, which is deliberate — it means you can do it at 10pm on a Sunday, and it means I'm working from your written answers rather than my memory of a conversation. If something needs clarifying, I'll email you.
Will it get through applicant tracking systems?
Yes. Your resume is built with a clean, parseable structure and the language that matches the roles you're targeting, so the software reads it correctly. But passing the filter is the low bar — the document then has to convince the person on the other side, which is the part most services get wrong.
What level of candidate is this for?
Career Launch suits most professionals — anyone from a few years in through to management. Career Elite is built for senior and executive candidates, where the search is longer, more people are involved in the decision, and your online presence gets checked before anyone calls.
What do I actually receive?
